i have placed an order#4279953 on 11/24 for 4G mobile phone to present it as a Christmas gift thinking had 1 month time for delivery.after many follow ups, finally they gave me a tracking # 1811210634 on 12/08 but actually the item is not reached the DHL warehouse yet on 12/26.
I have contacted support 18 times in one month time frame..every time they give an explanation that shipment is reached DHL but due to 11.11 and 11.24 season, there is delay from DHL warehouse but actually DHL admitted no single item is waiting in their DHL warehouse and looks geekbuying is giving false reasons for the delay from their end.
Every time, they gave me the same answer and worst customer support, they even dont know the status of the shipments, just copy and paste the details given by their boss.Looks like it is a kind of online scam/fraud to steal customers money since it is very difficult to get refund so please be aware about this company online fraud before placing any order.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Worst customer experience.
