NEW PHONE ARRIVED AND WILL NOT CHARGE, TURN ON, OR CONNECT TO COMPUTER. FOR THE PAST WEEK AND A HALF I HAVE SPENT HOURS TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE THRU THEIR SUPPORT EMAIL, AFTER SALE SUPPORT, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LIVE CHAT. I STILL HAVE A BRAND NEW NON WORKING DEVICE.
THIS COMPANY IS QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NON-EXISTENT IF YOU NEED TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM. I AM READY TO NOTIFY THE FAIR TRADE COMISSION AND MY BANK TO RECIND PAYMENT OF FUNDS TO THIS COMPANY.
