im just post what i send them but they dont care hello im just send you to complain about your aftersale service,sorry if this isnt the right department,but please forward the email to the right person,

i ordered a phone at 12 of july order number 4638238,

i used the fast shipping method paying 16 euros more and i had it at 17th of july then i found out that is defective and i contract with the aftersale department that i was advised to send it back,i paid again 9 euros to send it back at 20 of july i send it back and as i was saw from tracking number 23rd of july it was send it back to you,i didnt have any reply from aftersale department so i send again at 30th of july she told me that you have received the phone and wait to check it out,i send again yesterday (2 of august) and the reply that i get was no so fast,so i order a phone at 12 of july is 3 of august and i had paid 25 euros more to get it faster and the answer of the aftersale department was no so fast,and i had to send like 25 emails at this department to correct your mistake,

im thinking about to make a law sue against the site for false adverisment and false guarantee,
