Update 12/06/2018 after identifying the problem, geekbuying promptly refunded the first order.

First purchase on geekbuying, disappointed with the after sale, they ignore the information I sent on the trackink of my order, which was blocked in customs due to the incorrect information in the invoice, which was filled by geekbuyng . Unfortunate attitude of the company, now I am without the device and without the value to can buy another smartphone.

The responsibility for completing the invoice was from the company, I paid for a product that I do not even know if I will receive, thanks to the incorrect information they presented.

Now they tell me that I must wait to see if the item returns to them and that they will analyze the reason yet, without regard by the client. Order number 4731747.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $271.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service, Customer care.
